The purpose of the Devil is to instill fear, steal our confidence and to cripple us and to stop us from doing the right thing and to destroy our lives.
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7
The Devil's only mission is to steal, to kill and destroy.
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10
The Devil doesn’t want to be forgotten. He wants to be heard of his lies. The devil wants the spotlight.
The Devil knows we are winning. Terrorism is the sign of His defeat. Frightening is his last card. If we are not taken by the threat, we continue to enforce his defeat further. If we fight hatred and continue treating others with dignity, he fails.
The Devil is a liar. He wants us to believe what isn’t true. He wants to tell us that there is no hope. He wants to convince us that evil is winning. He tries his best to convince us we are losing the battle.
You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. John 8:44
If the Devil frightens us from doing what is in our hearts, He wins the battle. If we take the necessary security measures and continue doing what we have been doing, He will continue to fall.
If He doesn’t succeed to make panic us, he fails. If we continue even with the feeling of fear, we win.
