The Deception Power of Sin

But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called 'Today,' so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness. Hebrews 3:13

Sin should not be underestimated in any way. Sin has its power.

Whoever has fallen at least thought, they can't fall before they fall.

What is the evidence? The evidence is the fall. Whoever has fallen underestimated the power of sin.

Sin has deception power. Sin makes you belive it isn't that bad. Sin doesn't come openly. Sin comes in disguise. Sin comes pretend to be something else.

Sin does come gradually. Sin doesn't come in full force the first time. Sin comes carefully not to frighten you. Sin comes in a piece meal approach. Most of the time you only notice how far you has fallen after you already fall.

The solution also comes in a piece meal basis. You read the bible one at a time. You pray to God continuously, and you fellowship with the saints continuously.

You kill the tendency of sin in not once and for all basis. You kill the tendency of sin in one at a time basis.

Sin builds its deceptions one at a time. You destroy the deception one at a time by little discipline, fellowship and prayer.
